LA VENI VICI 2026 REGULATIONS

Before registering, we invite you to familiarize yourself with la VENI VICI regulations here

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

Since April 1, 2024, providing a medical certificate is no longer required and has been replaced by the Health Prevention Pass (PPS), an awareness tool about risks, precautions and health recommendations for runners introduced by the French Athletics Federation.

At the end of this process, which will be available in your online registration area on la Veni Vici, you will be able to download a certificate that will serve as your “Health Passport.” In other words, there is no longer any need to visit a doctor, whether you are a French or international participant.

For your information: since January 15, 2026, the French Athletics Federation has introduced a new HEALTH PREVENTION PROGRAM, which has become the paid HEALTH PREVENTION PASS (€5), offering additional services and a validity period extended to one year (instead of three months).

Please note that participants in the 16 km hike do not need to complete the PPS online process to take part in the Veni Vici.

TAKE PART IN THE CHARITY RAFFLE

Raffle (€2): As every year, the Veni Vici will support the Gard-based association ASPIE FAMILY for the 6th edition. This association actively works in the Gard region to improve care for autistic children and brings together families affected by autism in Nîmes and its surroundings to help break daily isolation.

You can support them in two ways:

By participating in the raffle (€2), which gives you a chance to win one of two complete running outfits (shoes, shorts, and t-shirt—for 1 woman and 1 man—offered by our partners) with an approximate value of €250. All proceeds will be donated to the association we are supporting.

By making a direct donation to the supported charity.

RUN SMART WITH THE VENI VICI ECOCUP

CUP (€6): Flexible, foldable, and retractable, this cup quickly returns to its original shape as soon as you take it out of your pocket. It’s the perfect practical accessory to make your Veni Vici journey as convenient as possible.

A reminder: No cups will be provided at any refreshment points (including the finish line), as they are now prohibited and represent significant pollution for just a few sips each time.

THE VERY SPORTY VENI VICI TOWEL

TOWEL (€12): Large size (120 x 60 cm), this towel will quickly become your go-to companion for sports outings, right after your shower, or to hit the beach in style. Try it once, and you’ll love it instantly!

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: By opting for the Cancellation Guarantee offered by “BEticketing” during your online registration, you can benefit from the first 100% digital bib cancellation insurance, covering any cause, for any unforeseen and sudden event preventing you from participating in the event. You will receive a refund of your bib with a 20% deductible.

Valid for participants residing anywhere in the world and for any cancellation made up to 72 hours after the event.

Please note: The insured person must provide, upon request from the insurer, any documents or information needed to assess the validity of the claim. The full terms and conditions of the cancellation insurance are available here.

BUS SHUTTLES

Bus shuttles (paid but optional, available only through your online registration account and in limited quantities) are offered exclusively to participants of the 87 KM / 52 KM / 33 KM / Nordic Walking 33 KM between the different VENI VICI sites:

> For the 87 KM (RUN)
– Shuttle buses ONE-WAY Nîmes > Uzès (taking you to the race start on Saturday morning, about 1 hour 30 minutes before your start time) / €12
The shuttle departure for the 87 km will be near the Nîmes Arena (detailed information coming soon), heading to Uzès where the race will start. You will be able to stay sheltered until the last minute, as a bag drop will be specifically available for 87 km participants near the start line in Uzès.

> On the 52 KM (RUN)
– Shuttle buses ONE-WAY 52 km Nîmes > Pont du Gard (taking you to the race start on Saturday morning, about 1 hour 30 minutes before your start time) / €11
The shuttle departure for the 52 km will be near the Nîmes Arena (detailed information coming soon), heading to the Pont du Gard where the race will start. You will be able to stay sheltered until the last minute, as a bag drop will be specifically available for 52 km participants near the start line at the Pont du Gard.

> For the 33 KM (RUN)
– Shuttle buses ONE-WAY Pont du Gard > Uzès (taking you to the race start on Saturday morning, about 1 hour 30 minutes before your start time) / €6
The shuttle departure for the 33 km will be from the Pont du Gard left bank parking area (detailed information coming soon), heading to Uzès where the race will start. > For the 33 KM Nordic walking
– Shuttle buses ONE-WAY Pont du Gard > Uzès (taking you to the race start on Saturday morning, about 1 hour 30 minutes before your start time) / €6
The shuttle departure for the 33 km Nordic walking event will be from the Pont du Gard left bank parking area (detailed information coming soon), heading to Uzès where the start will take place. You will be able to stay sheltered until the last minute, as a bag drop will be specifically available for participants of the 33 km Nordic walking event near the start line in Uzès.

Warning: No return shuttle will be provided. If you come by car, we recommend parking at the finish area and taking the shuttle to the start of your race.
